Please note: Deliveries of goods are made to the address entered under "Shipping Address". The "Billing Address" is for customers who want the invoice (advice slip) sent to their address, for example when you are sending a gift item. If orders are returned to us by the shipping company, we reserve the right to add an additional delivery charge for re-despatch.
Please note that "Next Day" does not necessarily mean you will receive your order the day after you have paid. The dispatch of your order is dependent on the time your order is placed, stock availability, work load etc. Once the item is in the couriers network we are unable to influence the time of delivery if it has been delayed for reasons beyond our control. Please be aware that, like a 1st Class postage stamp, if the delivery is late there is no refund for the delivery service. It is not a guaranteed service. Guaranteed premium services are available, (see below)
Guaranteed Time Specific Additional Delivery Sevices - Couriers standard delivery charges are for Monday to Friday collection and delivery service. We cannot give a time of delivery nor can we guarantee the day.
If you require a premium service such as "Before 10am next day" ,"Before 12pm Next day" or "Saturday Delivery", we can arrange it but please message us for a quote first as there will be an additional charge payable. Premium services are a Guaranteed service which means if it fails to turn up on the day requested through no fault of your own, the courier will reimburse the cost of this service.
If you wish to return goods for whatever reason, please e-mail us on office@DrugsDirect.com, or contact our customer services by telephone who will be pleased to assist you by activating a returns request. Please ensure you have your order reference number ready when contacting us. Please be aware that you will be liable for the returns postage cost unless the goods were faulty or sent incorrectly.
To return products, please:
- Please let us know the reason for the return by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once you have received a reply from us confirming that the goods can be returned, carefully pack the items in protective bubble wrap, or similarly suitable packaging. Please do not use the product box as outer packaging and note that we will deduct the cost of any returned items damaged from any amount refunded to you. Please include your order number, name, date of order and address details.

*Please note that certain items including medicines, foodstuffs, cosmetics and hygiene-sensitive products cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. Also, once products are opened and/or used, products cannot be returned to us unless they are faulty or broken.
If the item is returned without a goods Return Authorisation Code we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange. You will also be liable for the cost of re-delivery.
We highly recommend that items are returned via a Recorded Delivery service as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.
In addition to our returns policy under the "Distance Selling Regulations" you have the legal right to cancel your order within SEVEN (7) working days starting the day after delivery, if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the merchandise to us in their original, unopened and unused condition within reason.
This right of cancellation does NOT apply to medicines (as we cannot guarantee the quality or storage of medication which has been outside our care); Food (unless unopened) and other hygiene sensitive products like electric shavers that contain seals).
Please note any cancellations requested after seven (7) days of receipt of goods will incur a £5 handling charge.
Please note: all NHS prescription items are delivered free of charge within UK. Freepost envelopes and Pharmacy Leaflets are available on reguest.
In order to comply with UK law we are only able to dispense Private prescriptions written by practitioners who are registered in the UK, European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland.
Countries in the European Economic Area include:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Due to FDA regulations and US Customs we cannot guarantee supply of any medicines to the US or Canada.
